What is insured shipping?

Insured shipping guarantees your order will be replaced in the rare event it is confirmed as lost or stolen by the courier. If you choose not to select insured shipping, we cannot guarantee a replacement for your lost or stolen order.

We will cover any issues with your order that are of our fault (shipping to wrong address, faulty product and such). However, if the order has been delivered (marked by the courier as delivered) and then you report it stolen, we will not cover it if you have not selected insured shipping.
