When I search for my order it says Order not found.

If you search on Track your order using your Email/phone number AND order number and it shows ORDER NOT FOUND, there could be several issues causing this

  1. You entered your phone number instead of your email address: You need to use the exact email OR phone number where you received the confirmation email. If you don't remember, try any of the usual emails and phone numbers you use when you buy online. 
  2. You didn't leave your email when you purchased: If you left ONLY your phone number during checkout, most likely the Track your order search won't work. Please reach out to support to help you with this.

If you are 100% sure that is our system at fault, just send us a quick email at help@trycocobeauty.com or use the live chat so we can sort everything out. In order to help us find your order or fix the issue faster, please send us at least 2 of the following:

  1. Email/s that you might have used to purchase
  2. First and Last Name
  3. Shipping address
  4. Phone number
  5. Last 4 digits of credit card if you paid via card OR Paypal transaction ID if you paid via Paypal
